Q. Is there a limit on how many learning videos I can watch each day/week/month?

Q. How long will it take me to complete this "Gold Level"?
A. No music experience is necessary to learn here. But, not knowing what knowledge you previously have, or how much time you'll be spending on learning and working on the skills presented, I can't really guess.
